Patty Lindley is the Director of Compliance and Quality for U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union (located in Albuquerque, New Mexico) and for the Aery Group. She has been with U.S. Eagle since 2002 and has more than 35 years of credit union experience.
Upon direction from the credit union’s Board and from the CEO/President, Ms. Lindley developed and launched an in-house Cannabis Related Business (CRB) Research program in 2018. Following approval from the Board of Directors, Ms. Lindley was tabbed with leading the Aery Group, a subsidiary of U.S. Eagle focused on serving the financial banking needs of cannabis-related businesses (CRBs) in New Mexico. U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union and Aery Group are taking bold steps to help a new type of business in New Mexico have safe, secure, compliant banking options.
A critical component of Aery Group is the expertise of its staff. Each staff member is a certificated NAFCU Certified Bank Secrecy Officer (NCBSO), dedicated to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance and protecting U.S. Eagle against money laundering threats. Additionally, Ms. Lindley is an NCCO-NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and an NCRM-NAFCU Certified Risk Manager.
